- Fixed a tutorial message incorrectly appearing during some shootout missions which could cause the mission to fail for no reason
- When the driver door is blocked it'll now attempt to warp to the right/back/front of the vehicle
- Fixed a bug which could cause players to fall out of the map when exiting teammate vehicles in multiplayer in some situations
- Fixed pending team applications with other teams not being cancelled once being accepted into a team
- Fixed not being able to remove pending team applications if the player already joined another team
